WHAT DATA I COLLECT
Contact & booking forms
When you fill in the contact form or book a call, I collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, and any message or notes you provide. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry or confirm your booking.
Analytics (if enabled)
If Google Analytics is installed on this site, it collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
Server logs
ShockHosting (my hosting provider) may log your IP address and browser type in standard server logs for security purposes. These logs are retained for up to 30 days.
HOW I USE YOUR DATA
- To respond to your contact form enquiry
- To confirm and manage your booking
- To send you a booking confirmation email
- To prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting)
I do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
DATA RETENTION
Enquiry and booking emails are kept in my inbox for up to 2 years for business record-keeping, then deleted. Rate-limiting temporary files are deleted automatically after 10 minutes.

As a resident of the Philippines, you have the right to: access your personal data I hold, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email oliver@goswds.com.
COOKIES
This website does not set any first-party cookies. Google Analytics (if active) sets third-party cookies. You may block these using your browser settings or a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
- Google Fonts — loads typefaces from fonts.gstatic.com. Google may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- ShockHosting — this website is hosted on ShockHosting servers in the Philippines.
- WhatsApp — if you choose to contact me via WhatsApp, Meta's privacy policy applies.

I may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
